Milkshake Review & Giveaway

Recently I was very lucky to have the opportunity to review a wonderful Childrens Band from Baltimore, Maryland. They are called Milkshake and the band is awesome. We were sent a copy of their latest CD, Play, a DVD and a little magazine. The CD has been a hit in my household because Olivia loves lots of new bands and plus I enjoy it because it is geared towards the younger crowd yet the adults can enjoy it too. We have had this cd in our car for the past two weeks that we’ve had it and let me tell you if I want to change CD’s or turn on the radio I have to do that when Olivia is NOT in the car. She throws a huge fit over the cd because it’s that good to her. The band, Milkshake kind of reminds me of Laurie Berkner but honestly it’s much better. This new CD, PLAY! has songs that are about baseball (home of Cal Ripkin from my favorite baseball team, the Orioles), bowling and pretending. It’s an awesome CD and we love it in our household. Plus I really like the fact that they are from Baltimore Maryland which is a place that I love to visit when I’m back home in Maryland visiting with my friends and family. Now we have a better reason to go and that is to see the band!
