I recently have changed shampoo’s which honestly I do a alot but anyways I have switched over to using John Frieda’s NEW Root Awakening Shampoo & Conditioner for breakage-prone hair which my hair has done since I have grown my hair out. I know most of that is stress related. But I have found that John Frieda Hair Care Products always work for my hair like the Volume Shampoo & Conditioner did. I love the Root Awakening Products because not only does it have a very pleasant smell of peppermint and it works on my hair. I’ve been using this product now for over 3 weeks and my hair already seems healthier than it did about 1 month ago. Not only does John Frieda have outstanding products the Root Awakening Hair Care System has 3 different products to use such as the Health Infusing Shampoo & Conditioner for Normal Hair, Nourishing Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner for dry hair and Strength Restoring Shampoo & Conditioner for breakage-prone hair.
The Root Awakening Products actually start from the roots to the ends to help bring your hair to being healthy and beautiful. The other thing that I have noticed with my hair is that it does have more volume and it keeps my hair silky and soft looking. Since this product is formulated with natural Eucalyptus and essential oils it will actually give you a tingling sensation when you shampoo your hair which I do get when I use it. Plus again the smell is awesome! It reminds me of the tea tree oil shampoo that I used to use. The only difference with this shampoo is the price of the products. You can get these hair care products by John Frieda at any retail store such as Target or Walmart and the price is around $6.49 for each product. Not too bad in my opinion compared to paying more for those other brands that you get in a salon. Try them out too!
I have only used one wash with John Frieda’s NEW Root Awakening Shampoo & Conditioner for breakage-prone hair, but I already can safely say, it’s the best shampoo I’ve ever used! I’ve noticed such an immediate difference in my hair health. My hair is now incredibly silky and smooth without getting greasy throughout the day (thats a first). This product will not disappoint!
I too love the smell of this shampoo. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and I think I may have to stop. It has dried up my scalp and it is now flaky and itchy ALL the time. I only wash every other day so I know it’s not from over-use. I love every other Frieda product and will continue to use them. This shampoo is just not for me.
