Are you a new parent or a parent who just worries about so much then this book is just right for you! I was one of those parents who worried about everything like if Olivia took the wrong meds or if she ate something that just looked so disgusting. The book “If Your Kids Eats This Book, Everything Will Be OK” by Lara Zibners, M.D. is a well written book that has everything that you would think about in it. I personally love how it goes from birth and up for this book. Dr. Lara Zibners is an Emergency Room Doctor who has seen everything come in. Yes most parents are panicing but what if you didn’t panic? What if you could stay calm if something were to happen to your child in the case of an emergency? What if your child eats a bar of soap? Well Dr. Lara explains everything in this book and let me tell you it’s a book that is definitely something to read if your child is a baby or a grown up. I found out several interesting things that I never knew about and I’m going to definitely going to try if something were to ever happen to Olivia. So next time that I go to the ER I’m going to think twice about panicing compared to staying calm for not only Olivia’s sake but also for the Doctors sake too. No more of that for me unless we were in a car accident or something.
This book is amazing and I highly recommend it to all parents out there to read it. You might learn more than you think after you read it. It’s great and I love this book!
