Safe Sippy 2

Since having a 5 year old trying to find cups that are safe for her and safe for traveling are hard to come by living in Eastern NC. Well I was lucky enough to be able to try out the Safe Sippy 2 by Kid Basix. The Safe Sippy 2 is an upgrade from the Safe Sippy that has been known to be an excellent product. The Safe Sippy 2 is really cool because not only does it work as a sippy cup but it also comes with a straw attachment for the older kids. I really like how this cup is also stainless steel and also is BPA Free too! That’s really a good thing for me to say is important to me as well. The drinks stay cool for a lot longer if you put the cup into the fridge. Yesterday I took Olivia out to Raleigh to go shopping and we had the Safe Sippy 2 in the fridge before leaving. Now normally the sippy cup would be warm in no time with the heat index we have here in August and also the drink would no longer be cold and would not be appealing to Olivia. But I have to say that the drink was still cold for a few hours and that was so nice too to not have to purchase a new drink while out and about. Another great thing that we have found that Olivia loves is the straw attachment. She has had that on that sippy for the past week and has not changed it over. She told me that she loves feeling like she has a big girl cup and since she’s a big girl it’s awesome!

I highly recommend this cup to all parents out there with infants (older) and toddlers/preschoolers. My daughter loves her Safe Sippy 2 and we plan on keeping it around for when she outgrows it my niece Keali can use it. It’s truly an amazing product that I’m even willing to purchase for other parents to give as gifts for Christmas and also to them for baby shower gifts. It’s a product that grows with your child and that’s what I love about it!
