I have to say that I had no problem in getting pregnant with my daughter, Olivia but I do have several friends who have had trouble or who are having trouble getting pregnant but don’t want to resort just yet to Fertility treatments. Fertility Treatments are so over-rated and honestly they are very costly as well. I remember thinking to myself while reading this book of how lucky I was to have gotten pregnant without any help but for those who need it…or I might need it down the road is a proven 3 month fertility plan. The book “Making Babies: A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility” was written by Sami David, M.D. and Jill Blakeway. Both have been working together for quite sometime now and the ideas and thought process in getting through them seem like a cinch. Some of their ideas and proven methods are something that is quite easy and simple and something that you would have never thought to do.
I have already thought about giving this book to a dear friend who is trying to get pregnant but is having a difficult time in getting pregnant because of a medical condition she has. I don’t think that it will hurt her in trying out this 3-Month Program if it meant she didn’t have to have a costly and long process with using a Fertility Specialist who would just push you into doing the fertility drugs and IVF. That is incrediably expensive and it’s crazy too! This book is very informational and helpful in many different ways. One of the things that is suggested is to eat healthy which is something that I personally need to do and not for trying to get pregnant (which I am not by any means) but to be healthy for both you and your partner. And say if you do get pregnant then you will be able to maintain that balanced diet during your pregnancy. I have really enjoyed this book and look forward to sharing it with my friends who are getting frustrated with the many doctor visits and other treatments they’ve looked into doing. This could definitely give a couple hope and faith in trying to start a family together with no costly drugs or treatments!
