I love getting and receiving children’s books especially since I have Olivia who loves to read. Well I was very blessed to be sent this awesome book that also features a CD along with it filled with songs. The book is called “Sunday in Kyoto” and it’s brought to you by The Secret Mountain. This book comes out on October 27th which happens to be next Tuesday so I wanted to bring you this review just before the book is out to the public.
The day that I received this book I immediately started looking at it and listening to the songs. The songs all are upbeat, positive and is enjoyable to listen to. Olivia and I have read this book several times and she absolutely loves it. The illustrations in this book are amazing as well. The coloring is just perfect and while reading the book the pictures definitely paint a clear picture of what is happening in the book. I love it for sure. As for the songs they also incorporate the book in them as well and are sung by Patrick Watson, Coral Egan, Ndidi O, Thomas Hellman and Gilles Vigneault and his daughter Jessica Vigneault.
This book is perfect for the kids and also for even people who want to get and keep for themselves.
