What an awesome book this is! I’ve been fighting lately of gaining weight back and trying to love my body for the way it looks but honestly I haven’t found that yet. This book “Love Your Body, Love Your Life” by Sarah Maria is just the ticket and inspirational book that I needed! We all have so many pressures to be thin but in this lifetime we are all made so different. Not everyone is made the same with genectics and more and yet we all want to be the same. We want to wear the same and eat the same and yes even hurt ourselves by not eating right just to be popular. Well Sarah Maria has definitely hit the spot when she helps you realize that you can love your body just the same. Not only will she help you overcome the negative body obsession but she will also help you commit to change, discover who you really are and helps your find your purpose. This book is great for all those who struggle with the peer pressure of eating disorders, plastic surgery and more. Yes I have fallen in love with this book and will continue to work on Loving My Body and Loving my Life! Sarah Maria wrote this book just perfect and her website is amazing as well. Check it out!
