Do you like to cook pastries, breads, or make dough for something special? I normally don’t care to cook things like this because of my allergies to a lot of different grains but I have found that this book is quite easy to make and I didn’t have any issues with some of the recipes. The book I’m talking about is “Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes A Day” by Jeff Hertzberg, M.D., and Zoe Fancois. I really enjoyed some of the recipes and hope to make more in the future. I’ve even thought about making some breads for Christmas Presents for a few select people. This book is awesome because not only does it include the recipes on how to make the bread but they also incorporate baking the breads with fruits and veggies. This is awesome for those of you who don’t get a lot of veggies in your diet or have picky eaters in your household (like my 5 yr old.) I plan on purchasing this book for my aunt so that she has a copy for herself since she loves to cook. Who doesn’t like having fresh baked breads for breakfast, lunch or with dinner or just as a snack. This book would be an awesome gift to give to people who like to make things for others. My dad was also really into this book as well!
