I am a parent who becomes paranoid when it comes to my child and her hair. I love right now how Olivia’s hair is so long and still getting long only because she loves it that way. Well if you are a parent whose child is in school then this product that we have gotten to try is amazing! You know that having kids in school can only mean that one day there will be a sudden outbreak of head lice. Ewww I know. Luckily Olivia hasn’t gotten it and I am thankful for that but so many parents aren’t so lucky. I guess for me I’ve been lucky not to have it either but that doesn’t stop me from trying to prevent it either. I received about a week ago the “AirCut” Haircutter to review and was pleasantly surprised by how cool it looked. I remember a similar product years ago called I think the flobee but I never used it because it looked so bulky to have. This is not bulky at all and it honestly is really simple to use. Plus it’s saving you money in the long run too!! The AirCut is really small and kind of reminds me of a hairdryer, then it comes with 9 different lengthes to cut your hair. It’s super quiet compared to using buzzers and much less messy too! It plugs into the wall and can give you that salon cut for little to no cost to you at all. This would be a perfect gift to give to those who have short hair that would like to help save money. Last year I was very lucky to be able to try out the Hana Professional Flat Iron which I happen to love. But the only thing that gets to me is when I’m traveling and having to find a way to pack my flat iron into my small bathroom bag (especially for when we’re camping). Well I was very lucky again to be able to try out the Hana Mini Flat Iron and have fallen in love with it when traveling. This past weekend my daughter, Olivia and I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend and a little vacation. We went camping which is the best thing to do when going to Myrtle Beach. Anyways, I realized that I really didn’t want to take my big flat iron with me so instead I decided to take the Hana Mini Flat Iron with me which comes with a really nice tin and also a bag to put it in. The other thing that I love about this flat iron is that it’s pink! One of my favorite colors too.

The difference between my mini and my regular flat iron is the size and also on the mini I can’t change the heat setting on it. But it does happen to fold out to a regular sized flat iron if you want it to and then you just change it back to the mini size to store it in it’s own little bag it comes in. I’m actually going to let my sister use the mini flat iron when she goes to europe for 10 days. I highly recommend that you all get one because it’s a great little product to have good hair when your traveling!!!

I recently have changed shampoo’s which honestly I do a alot but anyways I have switched over to using John Frieda’s NEW Root Awakening Shampoo & Conditioner for breakage-prone hair which my hair has done since I have grown my hair out. I know most of that is stress related. But I have found that John Frieda Hair Care Products always work for my hair like the Volume Shampoo & Conditioner did. I love the Root Awakening Products because not only does it have a very pleasant smell of peppermint and it works on my hair. I’ve been using this product now for over 3 weeks and my hair already seems healthier than it did about 1 month ago. Not only does John Frieda have outstanding products the Root Awakening Hair Care System has 3 different products to use such as the Health Infusing Shampoo & Conditioner for Normal Hair, Nourishing Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner for dry hair and Strength Restoring Shampoo & Conditioner for breakage-prone hair.

The Root Awakening Products actually start from the roots to the ends to help bring your hair to being healthy and beautiful. The other thing that I have noticed with my hair is that it does have more volume and it keeps my hair silky and soft looking. About 3 weeks ago I decided to give Pantene Beautiful Lengths Shampoo & Conditioner a try. I have been seeing the commercials on the TV all the time and thought to myself I’d really like to give that a try. I got it on sale and even had a take $2 off each so that made it a little cheaper for me. I like to go frugal when it comes to buying shampoos and conditioners if I can. Well I couldn’t wait to give it a try and as soon as I got home, I decided to wash my hair in the tub and use the Pantene. It has a very pleasant scent to it and it works wonders on my hair. My hair has been very thin ever since I gave birth to Olivia back in 2004. Beautiful Lengths has not only helped my hair to grow but it has also given it some volume to it as well. In the past 3 weeks my hair has grown about an inch and it is looking healthier every day that I use it. There was one day to where I was not at home and didn’t use the shampoo and my hair was very frizzy and it looked horrible. I will definitely be using this shampoo and conditioner for a long time now.

Another reason that I do like using the Pantene Beautiful Lengths is the fact that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Beautiful Lengths Program which creates Real Hair Wigs for Women who are fighting cancer! A Big thing indeed! Recently I received a package from Nurture My Body which happens to be an Organic Online store. I had chosen to try the Organic Shampoo and Conditioner and have fallen in love with it.  Did you know that in so many of our shampoos we use they contain things that we can not pronounce and to me if I can’t pronounce it then maybe I shouldn’t be using the product on my hair. Plain and simple! Well with Nurture My Body Organic Shampoo and Conditioner I don’t have that issue. Instead I can pronounce everything in the shampoo and I can also say that it has a very plesant scent to it as well. The conditioner on the other hand has a scent that really gets me but its still a nice scent. Not only can you get the scented shampoo and conditioner but you can also get the unscented as well or fragrance free ones which the conditioner for me would do better. Both the shampoo and conditioner come in a glass container which you don’t see that often anymore and it also will make your hair have volume to it if that is what you are looking for. As I am always!  My hair is the most unmanageable thing I’ve ever known. One day it wants to have volume and the next day its flat as I don’t know what. But using this shampoo and conditioner I haven’t had any issues with my hair going flat unless I straighten it.
