Wurtman, PhD, and Nina T. Frusztajer, MD. I have really enjoyed reading this book. This book has helped me realize exactly what emotional eaters do and the habits they have. It&#8217;s also made me realize that it&#8217;s teaching you how to eat carbs and not be afraid of them. But it does teach you which carbs are good and which are bad. Did you know that Carbs is Nature&#8217;s own appetite suppressant? It helps out stop emotional overeating and halt antidepressant-associated weight gain. I have been diagnosed with having depression for most of my life and I never knew that eating the right carbs could help me lose the weight and stop overeating. How awesome is that? This book also includes over 75 recipes to help you get a head start on losing the weight. Using this 12 week proven program it will activate the appetite suppressant function of serotonin to stop the weight gain, allow you to regain control over emotional overeating and cravings, allow you to lose up to 2 lbs of real weight (not water) per week and will allow you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
